Primary developer on Germany's largest online platform for transforming trucks and semi-trailers into a sharing fleet — taking pitches and requirements from stakeholders through to scoping, architecture, and full-stack delivery, end to end.

• Act as the platform's sole engineer, translating stakeholder pitches into scoped, shipped solutions — owning every technical decision from architecture to implementation, with no team to defer to.
• Designed and delivered the platform's billing system from scratch — automated monthly billing runs, invoice generation, and lead-deduplication logic to keep distribution fair across suppliers — replacing manual finance operations entirely.
• Currently scoping and building an improved lead-qualification system to raise match quality for companies on the platform, from requirements through implementation.
• Owned the platform's search and filtering architecture end-to-end, including PostGIS-based spatial querying, materially improving vehicle discovery accuracy and performance.
• Built the supplier/vendor listing workflow that removed friction from vehicle uploads, directly driving growth in public listings.
• Improved organic acquisition by introducing structured data (JSON-LD) across key pages.
• Maintain the platform's frontend in Vue.js with Storybook, keeping the codebase modular as sole owner of the code quality bar.
